"Julie gave us a plate of a dozen or so different samples. Most had mousse fillings, but there were also a couple with lemon curd, a lovely, non-dairy alternative. The cake itself was so good, so moist and so flavorful, without being overwhelming. It makes me wonder what I've been eating all these years that was called 'cake.'"
